The school offers a broad and balanced curriculum using a combination of Nigerian and British Curricula. The school is also registered centre for Cambridge International Primary Programme. Pupils in Year 6 write the Cambridge Primary Checkpoint and the Primary School Leaving Certificate examinations each year. In addition, we encourage pupils to participate in co-curricular activities by joining behavioural clubs such as Brownies, Cub Scout and Karate; as well as academic clubs. School trips are equally organized to enrich the children's learning experiences.

The school runs a dual curriculum – Nigerian and British. This is in line with our mission of producing world class pupils that would be globally recognised for excellence and also to provide the pupils with the needed skills to fit into any environment.

The pupils are taught in mixed ability classes in the care of their own class teachers with the support of the teaching assistants in the nursery and lower primary. Subject-based teachers handle the following subjects across the primary classes:

  • Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
  • Science
  • Music
  • Art & Craft
  • French

Mathematics and English Language are also handled by subject-based teachers from Years 3 – 6.

In line with the Nigerian and British curricula, pupils are taught subjects which are placed in the following categories;

  • CORE – Numeracy (Mathematics), Literacy (English) and Science
  • FOUNDATION – Music, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Foreign language (French), Social Studies, Religious Studies, Home Economics and Vocational Aptitude.
